Collections London does not offer free returns<\/p><p>therefore any returns postage fees will not be refunded.<\/p><p>Please take care when trying on your items as any garments with blemishes such as: fake<br \/>tan, make up, aerosols or skin products etc. will not be refunded or exchanged.<br \/>Footwear must be tried on indoors as any discoloration, marks or scuffs on the item will not<\/p><p>be eligible for return.<\/p><p>Bodysuits are not returnable for exchange nor refund due to hygiene reasons.<br \/>Sales items can be returned for exchange only. Sale items are not eligible for refund.<br \/>Please ensure all returns are accompanied with a returns note with a name and order<\/p><p>number to allow us to process your return.<\/p><p>Collections London does NOT take responsibility for any lost items during delivery and<br \/>therefore recommends the customer retain proof of delivery purchase.
